We're creating a Bible game for teachers!

Sword of the Spirit helps parents and teachers track student progress and their growing faith through competitive challenges and directed journeys. SOTS turns the 66 books of the Bible into Countries, the Chapters into Cities, and the Verses into Streets so that reading and comprehension can be MAPPED in a 'territory control game' similar to Risk. Teachers and parents can assign games to students and see who reads and answers the questions correctly. Players get to learn while having fun.

Core idea: Bible as a navigable map
Signals: reading + comprehension checkpoints
Use case: classroom, homeschool, ministry
Goal: measurable Bible literacy growth

Initially designed for middle-school learners, Sword of the Spirit will continuously expand to offer deeper journeys that include maps for all of Scripture. The intent will be to utilize the Word of God to teach morality and ethics, but ultimately to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Why this needs to exist...

The younger generations have consumed technology and videogames almost all their lives. They do not interact with the written word like older generations do. But it's time that they do. With the help of AI and a language they do understand - gamification - we can bring the Word to life in a new digital format.

Momentum

Students don't just "finish a reading plan." They move through territory, unlock routes, and see the next horizon.

Measurement

Teachers can track progress and comprehension without drowning in grading. Parents see what's real.

Formation

The point isn't gamification. It's engagement that leads to understanding — and understanding that leads to discipleship.

How it works

A simple loop: explore → read → check comprehension → earn progress → repeat.

Scripture becomes a navigable map.

Students progress by reading and understanding. Teachers get a dashboard view of growth, gaps, and consistency.

Step 01Choose a route

Select a book, region, or "quest." Progress is structured but flexible for curriculum needs.

Step 02Read and explore

Reading is the primary action. Exploration is the wrapper that keeps attention steady.

Step 03Comprehension checkpoints

Short checks confirm understanding. The system rewards clarity, not speed.

Step 04Teacher visibility

Teachers and parents see real-time progress, patterns, and where students need help.

Step 05Growth over time

Consistency becomes visible. Literacy becomes trackable. Discipleship becomes supported.

Built for the people who carry the responsibility

It should help teachers teach and help parents disciple — not create more noise.

For teachers

Track reading and comprehension by student, class, or unit. Get a clean signal without extra admin load.

For schools

Offer a measurable Bible literacy experience that can be adopted across grades and classrooms.

For homeschools

Simple enough for parents. Structured enough to keep learners progressing with clarity.

Outcomes that matter

This is the difference between "we hope" and "we know."

Consistency

Reading habits become visible and coachable. The system shows drift early — before it becomes a pattern.

Understanding

Comprehension checks surface what students actually grasp, not what they skimmed.

Coverage

Students move through Scripture with a sense of place and continuity, not isolated verses.
